Hello and welcome to the Clovis High School Golden Cougar Marching Band & Color Gaurd. We have been busy for the past year to get this web site up and running and now its finally up! This web page WILL BE UPDATED WEEKLY (EVERY FRIDAY) WITH INFO AND PICS.

MARCHING BAND ~
Director: Mike Corrigan
Assitant Director: Eric Cymanski
Our season is done here at Clovis High School for now.... We will be back to rock another great season next school year! This school year we rocked the field and brought home some heafty trophies. Here are our scores....
1st competition - 2nd place (out of 4) with a score of 77.95 and 2 captions (best gaurd and GE).
2nd competiton - 1st place (out of 6) with a score of 87.03 and all of the captions! (best gaurd , best marching , best GE , best precussion and best sound)
3rd competiton - 2nd place (out of 5) with a score of 84.06 and 3 captions (best gaurd , best precussion and best GE).
CHAMPIONSHIPS -prelims: 3rd place (out of 9). We were in class 3a, with a score of 86.12 and 1 caption (best gaurd)..... Finals: 9th place (out of 15), all classes combined with a score of 88.04 and no captions.
Great job band for making this year the best!

CONCERT BAND ~

We are going to rock this season with the outstanding wind ensamble and our very cool symphonic band. The results of this season should be quite exciting! Both bands will compete in local concert competitons starting next month (March).

WINTER PERCUSSION ~
Directors: Jeff Dean & Mark Hammands
This years winter percussion has jumped into the season with a fierce start. At thier first competition they got second place (our of 5).

This years winter guard has started off great this season. At thier first competition they got first place (out of 5) at Clovis East HS.

Sacramento trip still in the works.... Not sure on it yet.
