microwave, built in fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster and a full set of cooking utensils.

The apartment has its own independent gas central heating system that can be set at what ever temperature you require all year round, most apts dont have any heating between 1st of April and the 30th of October, and can be chilly at night in the late spring a early winter.
