well, i'm going intercontinental now. i've pirated my way into all your homes. the mayhem can now come to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. everything from my car to my friends, but in all seriousness, i'm going to focus on my car. it's my baby.
well, i just bought the car last saturday (feb 9). i drove to new hampshire to get it. that's better than a thousand miles from lafayette, in. my friend jon and i went after work friday nite and made it back by seven on sunday. it's got a 1.8L 16v engine. it runs like a mad hatter compared to my 1.8L 8v i'm used to. i'm currently in the process of simultaneously reducing my 8v to a bare shell and transfering all my suspension components from the 8v to the 16v. i've got neuspeed springs, boge progas shocks, 11" cross drilled front brakes with stainless lines and ferodo pads, 8.9" cross drilled rears with ferodo pads, and a 22mm master cylinder to apply the squeeze. that brake setup on a mkII gti stops better than my friend's 2000 gti vr6. i hope to get some pics up soon as this is my first web page. i'm learning as i go. i have a ton more links as soon as i figure out how to post them.
