OUR GOAL:
We strive to raise the happiest, healthiest, well socialized babies possible! by this, their hand raised in our home - as so where their parents. We have teacups, toys, miniatures, and a few standards. Weights as adult is not a guarantee, only a guestimate between parents weights. Our Motto ( healthy parents have healthy babies, to give you a life time of love and laughter!)

SHOTS: All puppies are current on required puppy boosters,(in accordance to canine health protocol) - as well, wormings and medication to help with the prevention of coccidious. All of our puppies will be started on heartworm and flea prevention before leaving for a new home.

PUPPYKITS:
Our puppies comes with a puppy kit, containing - a health card with a baby picture, showing everything they've had while with me. Their own blanket, and toy. A sample package blend of Purnia Puppy, with Science Diet small bite puppy food- this blend will help in any food transition without the risk of upsetting the digestion system. You'll also receive, important information on the care of toy breeds, with life time puppy support! All questions email through puppysupport@pupchannel.com are answered by Vet Tech's.

DEPOSITS: All deposits are 100% refundable or appliable should anything happen to the puppy while in my care.
*Deposits, payments or monies are not refundable, appliable, or transferable and considered forfeited in the event the buyer should change his/hers mind on the purchase. Once a buyer has made a deposit, he/she will be sent a contract. At which time he/she will have 24 hr's to contact seller in writing of any errors. Other wise the buyers name on the top of the contract will stand as a binding signature. (NO CASH REFUNDS)

SHIPPING: is available, for most areas. Weather permitting.
If a shipping date is set, I reserve the right to delay that date due to weather, or Vet recommendations, best interest for the puppy is first. An advance notice will be given to the buyer. Nanny service used with available ONLY!

HEALTH GUARANTEE: To Validate Guarantee,
* Purchaser must have the puppy examine by a Veterinarian within 24 hr's from sale, but has a 72 hr short term guarantee until contract Guarantee is validated! Extended time is allotted for weekend, extensive driving, and shipping sales.
* Should your Veterinarian find a serious defect, I must be notified the same day, then presented with a written statement from the examining Vet. The puppy will be exchanged for a comparable puppy when one is available.
* I reserve the right to have the puppy re-examined by my Vet. Any puppy euthanized with out notification and approval of seller will Void health guarantee.
* Serious incurable defects that will cause premature death only will constitute in the exchange of a puppy.
* I have no guarantee on size, color, or breeding capability, or conditions brought on by stress or environmental changes that we can not controll once the puppy leaves our care. Therefore we do not guarantee against (Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis, Parasites, including demodex parasite mange, Viral or Bacterial infections. All puppies are sold as pets only. We do not guarantee any genetic illiness, that our parents have not be diagnosed with.
* (All Vet bills are the responsibility of the buyer.)
* Shipped puppies have an option of refund or replacement puppy, at purchaser's cost of returning the puppy, and the cost to receive the replacement puppy.
*Puppies are registered with dual or triple registery's - should a discramptinancy accure with either registeries, breeder reserves the right to void that discramptinancy puppy registeration and apply a registery/or kennel club of his/her choice.

SOULD A TIME COME:
If a time comes when you can no longer keep your puppy, even after it is grown - I will be happy to take it in until a loving adoptive home can be found. Respectfully I can not refund any money, only the assurance your treasured pet will not find it's way to a pound, or shelter. However on shipped puppies, if the funds are available in our rescue mission - we will offset the flight by 1/2, payable to the airlines.
