Hey you crazy mofo's! This is for all my homies in Pine Plains, Boston, and occasionally tha brothas from po-town. This website has nothing to do with handmade cheese. Who "handmakes" cheese? I love cheese, unfortunately it gives me severe gas and indigestion like milk. I am NOT lactose intolerant, but sometimes i have sparatic asthma and torets, but i only speak spanish during my torets fits. Thanks for listening about the hard work that goes towards making cheese.
