Nonepileptic psychogenic seizures (PNES) are still in the early stages of research. In emergency departments and with many general practitioners, treatment and recovery are thought to be a dilemma.

My name is Charlene, I'm a nurse, and I've had PNES for twenty two years. It took that long to find specific PNES care that was highly effective. I also have epilepsy that has made treatment more complex.
