Cascade Foothill Cruisers, ISRA
Hello to my friends of the Cascade Foothill Cruisers.
As you can see the CFC webpages that I had created for this site are in a state of revamping. I am stepping down as the primary host of the CFC, and have offered the use of this site to anyone that wishes to continue.
After 4 years of scheduling weekly and monthly rides I believe it is time for another host to take the reins. For me, this involved keeping a website, hosting the CFC forum, maintaining and updating e-mail contact list and the ride calendar.
This website has been great for me to use, the current page you see is a free service of Webspawner. Expanded versions and personal input can be assumed by anyone that wishes to continue the format with their own touches.
I am not giving up riding just yet as I still hope to take advantage of the opportunities provided by other riding groups.
I also hope to hear from you at any opportunity you have to ride and just want some company. My personal ride agenda for 2009 is still open, so give me a shout if you want some company on a ride.
I know there are lots of miles yet to be toured.
I am proud to claim that in the 4 years of CFC rides there has never been a single injury, nor has there been any difficulties with our riders.
Following safe and sensible riding practices has been the only requirement to ride with the CFC.
As CFC host I have met new riders as well as experienced riders that have all told me personally how much they enjoyed our rides. My wish for all of you is to continue as you have done in the past 4 years with a new host at the helm.
