Quality in the World of business
Quality process improvement and effective organizational management has become one of the fastest growing business professional skills in the world market.

Domestic or foreign, if a service or manufacturing business is not providing quality products and services to its customers they will lose a tremendous amount of their sales volume and profits to other business competitors. Industries have determined that to become competitive, now, and in the future, they will need well-trained professional individuals who are very fluent in the language and concepts of process improvement and quality control.

Therefore, there is no one else better than a highly trained quality improvement process specialist who can provide the professional services that will bring a company to become a leader in it’s market, by offering better products and services than its competitors.

Efficient processes and quality are no longer confined only to the manufacturing industry, but now in the new millennium, quality has spilled over into every industry that exits in the world.

With the increasing demand for high quality products or services and with many companies now facing massive competition from other local and international companies, effective and efficient processes in a business organization has become one the most influential driving forces in today’s world market.

As a facilitator of continuous improvement, I will put to work my knowledge of the current problem solving tools and group facilitation skills, as well as the systems and procedures which will aid a company in implementing Total Quality Control.

I have developed during my studies a familiarity with national and international standards of quality such as ISO 9000, supplier certification issues. The professional goal of the Quality Improvement Process Specialist (QIPS) is to continually learn and develop process improvement skills, produce high quality work, show leadership and good ethical conduct.
