Life, Love and Happiness......is it possible?
This is my "blurp" of a page that will hopefully give you some insight into how to maintain the healthy balance of "Life, Love and Happiness".
The third one seems nearly impossible to have with the other two. Just ask me for a first hand experience;) I have recently heard a quote that kind of, defines, "happiness". It is this...
"Happiness is never stopping to think if you are".
That quote really slapped me in the face when I read it because I realized that is exactly what I do!!!!!!
Everyone knows I think about EVERYTHING wayyyyyyyyy too much. I tend to worry about the things that are very unimportant in my life. Like, if someone is upset with me, if I will ever see this person again, why that person isn't smiling at me, etc. These things are EXACTLY what is making me unhappy!!!!
It isn't the fact that those things may truly be happening, BUT, it IS the fact that I am reading into them that is making me unhappy.
It IS possible to have "life", "love" and "happiness" all together. We have to take them as they ARE, though. That is where everyone goes wrong.
We try to harmonize them ourselves, when, what we need to do, is to stop, stopping to think about them all. We simply need to live our lives, love everyone and be lovable to be loved and let happiness come as it will.
So, stop TRYING so hard to live your life the way you OR anyone else sees fit....stop loving ONLY those people who love you back and give you attention and start loving EVERYONE and be lovable to be loved back......and stop trying so hard to be happy. You'll be surprised how happy you become when you don't even realize it.
Take these three things, "life, love and happiness" as they ARE instead of what you want them to be and before ya know it, you'll never be ABLE to stop to think about being happy again!!!!!!!!...it'll just be there!:)
