SUMMARY: Experience in processing, troubleshooting, and mold setup. Specific machinery would include; Van Dorn, Demag, Toshiba, Engels, Toyo, Arburg, and Newberry. Machine configurations included vertical, horizontal, rotary, and shuttle type.
Extensive experience with customized auxiliary equipment used to aid these machines in production include dryers, grinders, thermolators, DME (hot runners), conveyors, 2-3 axis robots, and customized (job-specific) automation. Prior responsibilities have included the maintenance of ¡§cells¡¨ or groups of machinery, operator placement, setups troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and task priority according to a schedule.
