Volunteered for The City of Oakland at DUNSMUIR HOUSE AND GARDEN the jewel park of the city. I handled all volunteer hours which included designing Time sheets, Guest Coupons Passes, spread sheets for recording and keeping track of all hours. The hours were very important to the funding of Manison and were turned into the City Quarterly.
Also I organized the Prodecural Manuel which is still used to this day for the Training of All Docents of The Mansion and the grounds.

TOKENZ located in Oakland, CA at the time I started was an earring manufacturing company and I managed all business procedures for the company. The company tripled business after my coming on board.

MODERNO ITALIAN FURNITURE STORE located in Oakland, Ca at the time I
started was a retail store with high end furniture. We sold Leather, lacqure, and halogen lightening. I handled all business management procedures and sales for the store.
