Carolina Elegance Beauty Pageant is a system that believes that all kids are special. We are looking for that total package kid who enjoys competing, having fun and making lifelong friends. We look for what's inside the person, not how much their clothes cost. We also try to help out in our community, by adopting families at Christmas, and by supporting Loaves and Fishes, which is an outreach service for the hungry.
