We are a small, clean friendly family run hotel situated on the South Shore Promenade. We treat you as our personal guests not just hotel guests!
Only yards from the beach, a 5 minute walk to the Pleasure Beach and Casino and a short tram ride to the Tower and Town Centre. Close to both North and South Train Stations as well as the Airport.
We have three double rooms with balcony, three twin rooms with double bed and single bed and three family rooms with double bed and set of bunk beds. All rooms are en suite with shower and sea view. Towels are available on request.
We have a large Bar and Steak House with Karaoke for the budding "Pop Idol" or X Factor" entrant. Tv Lounge with Sky TV and Sports. Country and Western evening every Tuesday night with shootout, and line dancing and tuition. (all included in price)
We accept one night stays as well as single sex parties. Families and single sex parties are not taken at the same time so you have no worries of upsetting parents or children.
All major credit cards taken and a deposit of 25% is taken at the time of booking. This is NOT refundable. Cancellations are charged at the following rate:
More than 7 days before arrival - no charge
between 2 and 7 days before arrival - 75% of total cost
Less than 2 days before arrival - 100% of total cost
All prices include Full English Breakfast though we can accommodate for anyone requiring a lighter breakfast such as toast and cereal. Prices are per person per night. Children between 5 and 16 years of age are charged at £10.00 per night and children under 5 are FREE. Travel Cot is available if required. If you have more than 3 children we try to place the children in a room adjacent to the parents room.
Check in time is after 2.00pm / 1400 hrs and check out is before 10.30am.
