Employees of Blue Angel Auto Outlet, Inc. shall uphold and advance the integrity, honor and dignity of the automobile sales profession by:
1.Being honest in serving customers, employees and suppliers.
2.Educating the first-time buyer, especially the young
military service members, and ensuring communication about
vehicles offered for sale are truthful and not deceptive.
3.Not exerting undue influence or unethical behavior.
4.Ensuring vehicles offered are safe and fit for their
intended use.
5.Providing a 24-Hour "pre-inspection before purchase" policy
and a 3 month, 3,000 mile limited warranty at no additional
charge on major drive train components
(e.g. engine, transmission)
6.Adherence to all applicable local and state laws and
regulations.
7.Disclosing all substantial risks and identification of extra
cost-added to all vehicle purchases.
8.Avoidance of false and misleading advertising or sales
promotions that use deception or manipulation.
9.Disclosing the full price associated with any vehicle
purchase, to include such additional items as tax, tag,
extended warranty, insurance and finance fees.
