The only problem with this scenario is that the theater will not compensate you for acquiring those customers. Let’s say those 10 leave the same movie and they all enjoy it so much they go and tell everyone they know thus starting a chain reaction. The network strives on and the Movie Theater gets free advertising. Now imagine the cycle continues for a whole year. How many people would be in the network you started? It is simple word of mouth advertising, now imagine getting paid a percentage of each and every person’s ticket. That’s not so scary is it? It is only illegal if you do not have a product or service to offer, do not be afraid to research this industry.
