Kempo Classes are open to all students who are at least 4 years old and have the desire to learn!
Learn in a traditional yet friendly class filled with active drills that develop agility, flexibility, reaction, and gross motor skills.
Students will get a great workout and become stronger and healthier while doing it!!

Cape Kempo Karate Club's goal is to share the joy of martial arts to all who wish to discover it!
