Precision CNC router

The router features full 3-d capability, which enables machining of inlays, accurate contouring, engraving and 3-d relief carving. Materials include wood, plastic, composites, acrylic, aluminum and brass. The size of the processing area is: 54" x 52" x 6"

Below are samples of precision inlays and 3-d relief carving. The top inlay material is 3/8" thick when glued into position. The putter heads are then machined to shape. The same process is duplicated for the face material.

The gears of these clocks are precision cut for perfect alignment and balance to produce an accurate timepiece.
