The Mission of POMC
POMC provides ongoing emotional support needed to help
parents and other survivors facilitate the reconstruction of a
"New Life" and to promote a healthy resolution. Not only does
POMC help survivors deal with their acute grief, but with the
criminal justice system as well.
Delaware County Support Group
Delaware County Chapter's Support Group Meeting is held
on the last Tuesday of the month at Parkside Methodist Church
located on Edgemont Avenue in Parkside. The meetings are
open to family and friends who have lost a loved one through
violence. The meeting starts at 7:30PM

We are creating a Memory of the Heart Photo album. It will be a scrapbook photo album that will be taken with on speaking engagements. Each family can create 2 pages for their loved one. When looking at the album, each family will have 2 facing pages. The photo album will be taken to National POMC conferences and also when the weather is bad and the quilt can not be displayed during Victim's Right Week and the National Day of Remembrance, the photo album will be be on display. Anyone interested should contact Barbara Di Mario at 610-721-4185 for more information.
I am in need of pictures of your "Loved One's" for the web page. If you would like to have your "Loved One" on their own page within our web site please e-mail to me. Please include their full name, dates and anything youd like to say about them. So please send your pictures as soon as possible. My e-mail address is at the top of this page.
