We have over 7 years of loan processing experience to offer with FHA, VA, Conventional and Sub Prime loans. We are proficient with all the loan processing software used, the latest technology such as DU, LP and CALYX Point to efficiently process your loans.
How does contract loan processing work? Within 24 hours of receipt of your loan package we will review the file for compliance and make sure the ratios are in line for the loan program. We will then notify you of any required item via email or phone. We will also check the program to see what verifications they can order ahead of time. This is a part of loan processing that comes with experience. With contract loan processing, we are only paid if the loan funds. This makes us highly motivated to close the deal as quickly as possible. By reviewing the file and seeing what loan processing stips maybe needed in advance, we are a step ahead.
We will order all third party documents upfront. We are highly experienced in loan processing and know just by looking at the package what is going to be needed to complete the deal. This way, while the loan is being underwritten, we already have the loan processing stips in the works. Once underwriting is completed we will already have the verifications back and ready to submit for final loan approval along with any other loan processing stips the underwriter may ask for.

What We Do:
Expedite Closing Cycles. We will handle all "back-end" loan processing activities associated with closing a loan: appraisal and title/escrow ordering and follow-up, submission to underwriting, obtaining stips, clearing of conditions, coordination of closing and confirmation of funding. Simply put, we help increase your closing ratios as well as shorten your closing cycles.
Upon receiving your loan package and Point file we will upload it into our system, verify that ratios, income, accuracy of data and notify you of any deficiencies.
We will also review your file for compliance issues and/or missing documentation.
Order's will be made for VOD's, VOE's, VOM's, VOR's along with FHA and VA numbers if applicable.
We will order (depending on the Brokers needs) title work, payoffs, appraisals, and surveys that will be required.
You will be notified of any last minute changes made before we submit a complete package to the investor of your choice. We will also keep you up to date as the loan progresses through underwriting. Communication is very important and with contract mortgage processing you will be updated every step of the way.
Immediately upon receiving the approval we will fax a copy and contact you to discuss any conditions of the loan approval. We understand that communication is top priority!
After meeting the conditions, we will monitor the status of the file in the lender's closing department to insure the closing documents are sent to the title company.
