The program will also cover diagnosis and troubleshooting of typical problems with hardware and operating systems. Students will learn how to install Microsoft Office, set up printing and troubleshoot common problems relating to Microsoft Office and e-mail. The curriculum also introduces concepts of computer networking, including LANs and WANs, TCP/IP and the fundamentals of network administration.

Windows 2000 is Microsoft's latest Operating System for global organizations and it brings great opportunity for those who are skilled in its use and deployment.
