We are committed to serve our customers in a professional manner delivering the expert knowledge needed to complete any form of contractual agreement within the pre determined time scale & to the highest standards possible.


Whilst looking after our customers we are also committed to the on going training and updating of skills that are a requirement within this industry.


 



 


Type of work undertaken:


Being a building maintenance contractor, we aim to deliver a whole range of services. These services range from simple contract cleaning to new build contracts, incorporating all of the skills of the staff within our business. About us:


The company has been operating over the past ten years in the South Wales area. Mainly utilising the Electrical, Plumbing, Groundwork, and Cleaning qualifications of our staff.


The nature of the building maintenance industry is such that most of the small companies know at least of each other and from time to time call upon the services of each other to sub-contract some of their work to other businesses. This has been the source of about 20% of our work over the past 10 years. As we do not advertise on a commercial scale, the majority of our work is derived via referrals from our customers.


We undertake contracts for domestic and commercial properties as well as sub-contracting to larger organisations, such as housing associations & local councils. We have worked on new build projects, for example Red Row, Beezer homes, and Lovells to name but a few.


The quality of our work and quality of customer care is of paramount importance to us and of course to you the customer.

Note: For Domestic Customers


If we are to supply the requested materials, they must be paid for in advance. Labour is then charged upon completion of work, Payment should be made either in cash or by cheque (made payable to L Davies) with a valid bankers guarantee card which covers the amount on the cheque.


As we pride ourselves on our standard of professionalism and cleanliness while working, we shall endeavour to leave your property in a clean and presentable manner, for your piece of mind we are fully insured should anything untoward occur. You will be pleased to learn that in the past 10 years we have not had to call upon the services of our insurance company, which in-turn gives us a lower premium and allows us to pass our savings on to our customers via OAP discounts and lower hourly rates.


Any issues or complaints will be dealt with promptly and we will always try to leave our customers with a satisfactory outcome, however if we feel that customers requests are inappropriate we will always suggest an alternative course of action.


Exceptions to the above statement:


If a customer has purchased equipment to be fitted that is broken, damaged or wrong size, we shall endeavour to carry out the customer’s request concerning work undertaken. We will always inform the customer immediately of any problem, the onus is then upon the customer to either re-supply equipment or return the equipment. Where possible we would request that the customer allow us to supply any equipment. As we use a variety of suppliers we can often obtain preferential prices by way of loyalty discounts, these discounts can then be passed onto our customers.


Note: For Commercial Customers


If we are to supply the requested materials, they must be paid for in advance or supplied by the customer. Labour is then charged upon completion of work via invoice which will become due for payment within 14 days of receipt, For regular maintenance contracts clients will be invoiced on a Friday for the previous seven days, this invoice then becomes due for payment seven days later.


Payment should be made either in cash or by cheque (made payable to L Davies) with a valid banker’s guarantee card, which covers the amount on the cheque.
