HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
STEP 1- You are involved in an accident
STEP 2- You report your claim to the insurance company
STEP 3- If your insurance company is one of the companies
that we do Direct Repairs with we handle it from here.
STEP 4- You drop your vehicle off at our shop or we will come
pick it up
STEP 5- We set up your rental and the rental company will pick
you up at your house or at our shop.
STEP 6- Your vehicle is repaired
STEP 7- We contact you to bring your vehicle to you or to have
you drive your rental in and pick up your vehicle.
STEP 8- We take care of getting the rental back to the rental
company and you drive home with your repaired vehicle.
If you are paying for the repairs out of your pocket we can make your repair process just as simple. But no matter if you or the insurance company is paying for the repairs we guarantee our work.
