Hourly rates range from: $15.00 - $30.00 per/hour
Rates vary due to:
- Square footage of home and/or space to be cleaned
- Location of home and/or space within Pinellas/Hillsborough County (i.e. mileage)
- Major Cleaning (very messy & dirty) vs. Maintenance Cleaning (upkeep)
- Use of my supplies vs. your supplies.
I will clean your:
- Kitchen
- Bathroom(s)
- Bedroom(s)
- Living/Family Room(s)
- Other rooms not listed (will be cleaned just like the rooms listed, per request)
Services included for these areas are as follows:
Kitchen - Sweep, vacuum and/or mop all floors. All countertops will be scrubbed and wiped clean (everything on top will be removed and back in order). Outside of all appliances will be wiped clean.
Bathroom(s) - Sweep, vacuum and/or mop all floors. The shower, sink and toilet will be scrubbed, washed and wiped clean. Mirrors will be cleaned.
Bedroom(s) - Sweep, vacuum and/or mop all floors. Ceilings fans, windowsills, lampshades, dressers, nightstands will be dusted. Other furniture or areas to be dusted will. Changing sheets will be done per request only. For more then one bed you will be charged $2.50 extra per bed.
Living/Family Room(s) - Sweep, vacuum and/or mop all floors. All furniture, shelves, windowsills and lampshades will be dusted.
I am a Stay at Home Mother of three children looking to supplement the family income. I am a resident of Pinellas County with lifelong ties to the Largo/Seminole/St. Petersburg areas. You may view my resume and obtain references upon request.

I like to meet with my clients before hand or have a list of written instructions on what areas are most important. Specific requests and additional areas, objects or appliances are subject for extra charge. (i.e. oven cleaning, windows, fireplace, laundry, etc.)
