Boca Bath
Boca Bath and Candle, Inc. is driven by the desire to produce the best bath, skin care and fragrancing products available and is a mother/daughter enterprise. We started making skin care products because commercially available products that we'd been using were damaging our skin, and we were unable to find a suitable alternative.
We started researching what IS good for our skin, and once formulated and thoroughly tested on ourselves, we decided to market our products to others who suffer the dry, itchy, flaking skin that mom was experiencing and the oily yet dry troubled skin that I've had since puberty (which was a LONG time ago).

Our glycerin soap is 100% vegetable based, with no animal products. It is also available in oatmeal, milk & honey glycerin soap and olive oil glycerin soap. They are available in three "sizes", guest soap, bar soap and full loaves (nearly a pound of soap).
Our Boca Bath Butter, is a buttery textured, glycerin-based soap product that can be used in the bath or shower. It lathers wonderfully but is not difficult to rinse from your bath puff or down the drain. This is excellent in the shower, bath or at the sink and works wonderfully as a shaving cream. Glycerin is a natural moisturizer that naturally pulls moisture from the environment, drawing it to your skin to moisturize it without making you feel greasy. Boca Bath Butter is available in an 8 ounce size jar.
Dead Sea Bath Salt
The waters of the Dead Sea are unique compared to other seas and lakes primarily due to the high concentration of salts reaching 27% compared to 3% in ordinary sea water. The composition of the Dead Sea salts is also unique. Whereas in ordinary sea water sodium chloride (common salt) is the major constituent (about 80% of the total salt content) the Dead Sea on the other hand contains a considerably smaller proportion of sodium chloride, the balance consisting of magnesium, potassium and calcium chlorides, and a comparatively high concentration of bromides. It is believed that the therapeutic properties of the Dead Sea are due in large extent to the presence of these other salts, mainly those of magnesium, potassium and bromide.
Tests have shown that dead sea bath salt water has been proven effective in the treatment of arthritis, eczema, muscular pain, rheumatism, psoriasis, and also to relieve tension, aid relaxation, and develop smooth silky skin.
As the name suggests, the Dead Sea is devoid of life due to an extremely high content of salts and minerals. But it is these natural elements which give its water their curative powers. Dead Sea Salts and Mud have been recognized by millions of people as a single source of health and beauty since the days of Herod the Great, more than 2,000 years ago.
Our bath salts are of excellent bacteriological quality.
We offer Dead Sea Bath Salts in a 10 ounce jar, a 1 pound jar, a 1 pound bag, or a 5 pound bag. We do not cut our salt with table salt, epson salt or "spa" salt of any variety.
We offer dead sea bath salts in many ways:
Unfragranced and/or Uncolored
Fragranced ONLY with dried flowers and/or herbs (No fragrance oil or essential oil added, no color added)
Fragranced with fragrance oil and/or Essential Oil (colored or not)
Our Scrubs
All of our scrubs are made with our Boca Bath Butter and genuine Dead Sea Bath Salts. We offer scrubs for the face unscented & uncolored only, available in 2 ounce & 4 ounce size jars. We offer scrubs for the feet, elbow & knees uncolored only, with your choice of unfragranced or our refreshing wintergreen essential oil, for those oh so hot and tired tootsies, available in 8 ounce size jar only. We offer body scrubs in unscented and/or uncolored, or a wide range of fragrances, colored or not, available in 8 ounce size jar only.
Our moisturizing creams are made in several formulations, but all are 100% vegetable based (no animal products) glycerin-based and have aloe vera gel extract in them.
The Hand & Body cream is a thick cream and is available in the following formulations and are available in 1/4 ounce (purse size, we recommend refilling this from your larger jar), 2 ounce & 4 ounce size jars:
Aloe Vera Gel Extract, for damaged, dry skin, aloe is revered for its healing properties.
Apricot Kernel Oil, for sensitive, dry, dehydrated, delicate or mature skin.
Avocado Oil & Olive Oil, nourishes & restores dry, dehydrated & mature skin.
Grapeseed Oil & Aloe, tightens & tones the skin, will not aggravate acne, extra aloe vera gel extract added for its healing properties.
Our Intensive Moisture Cream starts with the same glycerin base as the hand and body cream, but is twice as thick and has aloe vera gel extract, apricot kernel oil, avocado oil, grapeseed oil and olive oil! This cream is ideal for moisture thirsty skin. It is available in 1/2 ounce, 2 ounce and 4 ounce jars.
We also make Smelly Jelly Room Fresheners, in fragrances that match our soap and moisturizing products.
Our smelly jellies last up to 6 months before needing the fragrance oil replenished, and with proper care they can last several years.
