Sunday-Thursday $67.50 plus tax

Our basic room consist of either
Two double (full) size beds
One King size bed (smoking)
One Queen size bed
OUR SUITES RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Friday - Saturday $145.00 plus tax.
JULY THROUGH OCTOBER

Our suites consist of:
House suite with Loft (full kitchen)
(2 double beds, 1 queen pullout couch, and 1 rollaway)
Suite (one floor with kitchenette)

OUR CABINS ARE SEASONAL AND ARE CURRENTLY OPEN.

Our cabins consist of:
a double bed OR
a double bed and a twin bed
WE HAVE A CANCELLATION LIST, JUST CALL TO BE PLACED ON IT.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations for one (1) or two (2) night stay, We must recieve request for cancellation or change to your reservation at lease seventy two (72) hours prior to your scheduled arrival date or one (1) night rate will be charged.
Reservations for three (3) nights or more require payment for the first night rate as a deposit. We must receive requests for cancellation or change to your reservation at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival date for a refund of your deposit.
Reservations related to special events or made one year in advance, we must receive requests for cancellation of or change request at least thirty (30) days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
If you fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date you will not receive any refund or credit back.
We strickly enforce our cancellation policy.
OTHER INFORMATION
Pets - No pets are allowed other than seeing eye dogs. There is an automatic $100.00 cleaning fee plus any damages.
Smoking- Smoking in non-smoking rooms is an automatic $100.00 cleaning fee plus any damages.
