Jeff Blackwell Fishing Guide Service
My Name is Jeff Blackwell, i'm a third generation fisherman of the Elk River. In 1960's my grandfather made the Elk his home and my father still resides there today. Needless to say, I grew up on the Dock!!
If you're looking to have a good time catching fish, give me a call. I fish a few different Area Lakes and have a variety of catch, all depending on the Lake,the Season and the Fishing!
Catfish, Crappie, Bream, Smallmouth, Largemouth, Stripe,... I especially like to night Fish in the Summer.
I Fish mostly Guntersville, Elk River, and a few others.
I am definetely family friendly and enjoy taking children on fishing trips! Kids can have a lot of fun catching Catfish, Bream and Stripe... The excitement on their faces is a great experience (BRING YOUR CAMERA!!)
Lake Guntersville : I fish Spring and Fall, and Night Fish in the Summer Months
Elk River : Catfish cant be beat in the Spring Time!
FEES:
1-2 People Half Day (6hr) $ 175.00
1-2 People Full Day (8hr) $ 250.00
I practice Catch & Release,.. or Catch & Clean!,whichever you prefer.
I generally supply most of your needs as far as Poles, Baits, Ice, etc. The only things that you should need are Snack and Drink, Weather Appropriate Clothing, Sunblock and a Camera! If you prefer to bring your own poles you're welcome to, or I will be happy to provide them for you.
(We can talk to make sure we have everything we need the day before the trip)
