Under minor construction.

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little about myself, what i do and what i plan to
do in the future.I am a black male entreprenuer, who is very spiritual and truthseeking. I am also
somewhat of an abolitionist. My thing is, i see the world for what it is and am not afraid to speak
about it or try to do something to help.I know I'm not the only person who hates to see struggling
single mothers,or ex-cons who try hard for a chance to reinstate themselves back in society but
are denied the opportunity,or kids thinking the only way to get good money is through 'hustlin'
(something i used to believe)I hate the fact that my people aare feeling comfortable in poverty
when we weren't meant to live in this oppressed state.bassically I hate to see my people
not rising to their full potential.luckily God has blessed me to find truth in myself and in the world.
I have been given the opportunity to do and see better things with my time on Earth. As with all
great gifts I find it hard to keep it to myself. My latest work is a newsletter which I send out from
time to time to inspire, inform, and impower black people. I like to give back out the tools that I
have been blessed to recieve. I am trying to teach so many people the skills of the computer
bussiness(that the gov. realy does'nt want black people to know)that will enable them to live
happy stress-free lives. While at the same time educating them on their heritage with black facts,
poetry,quotes,ect..I feel that we as a poeple need to stick together and support each other If not
who will?I also feel that you will never get any where being doubful and rejecting true
knowledge.I plan to open a very large website within the next month tht will be like no other
website, I am very excited about this.I have many projects comming up like poem book
publishings, sudan slavery charity,a c.d., just to name a few.If you are a black person who
would like to be informed, inspired, and impowered. Please join my newsletter mailing list, it is
located atthe top of my guestbook and feel free to join my clubs, and discuss topics with me on
my messageboards. I will for sure respond to any pages but it may take a while for notes and
emails because i am very busy when i'm online. i hope this has given you a beter understanding
of what blackpack is and i encourage you to join my mailinglist and
"stay up,theres love in the struggle!" -blackpack

Blackfactsfact#1)Beethoven,known as one of the world's 'greatest' musician, was a dark "mulatto." He was called "The Black Spaniard." His teacher, Joseph Haydn, was also 'colored.' :fact#2)In the United States Army Intelligence tests during World War I, the 'Negroes' of Pennsylvania, New York, Illinois and Ohio led the whites of Mississippi, Kentucky, Arkansas and Georgia by from one to seven percent.:Fact#3)Estevanico, a 'Negro' from Morocco, was one of a party of four to cross the North American continent in 1536 for the first time. The journey took nine years. In 1539 he headed an expedition that discovered Arizona and new Mexico. Estevanico's travels served to open up the Southwest and the States west of Florida, as far as the Pacific."Fray Marcos sent the Negro forward as better fitted than anyone to prepare the way.":fact#4)Psalms that read like those of the Bible were written by a Pharaoh, Amenophis IV, better known as "Akhenaton, the Heretic King," 1300 B.C.or more than 400 years before David was born. Akhenaton, who was the father of Tut-Ankh-Amen, was extremely 'Negro' in type. He is called "the most remarkable of the Pharaohs.":#5)On November 15, 218 B.C., Hannibal(not the cannibal, the elephant rider), a full-blooded 'Negro,' marching through conquered territory in Spain and France, performed the astounding feat of crossing the Alps. With only 26,000 of his original force of 82,000 men remaining, he defeated Rome, the mightiest military power of that age, who had a million men, in every battle for the next fifteen years. Hannibal is the father of military strategy. His tactics are still taught in the leading military academies of the United States, Enland, France, Germany and other lands. join the black pack mailinglist get more Black Facts

blackpack poem of the week

I,TOO
I, too, sing America
I am the darker brother.
They send me to eat in the kitchen
When company comes,
But i laugh,
And eat well,
And grow strong.

Tomorrow,
I'll be at the table
When company comes
Nobody'll dare
say to me,
"Eat in the kitchen,"
Then.

Besides,
They'll see how beautiful I am
And be ashamed-

I, too, am America.
poem by Langston Hughes(1902-1967)

black poemspoem#1).MAN, with all his splendor and material wealth, still finds no peace within himself. Could it be that he is lost in a meterialistic jungle or could it be perhaps he has forgotten his purpose?
MAN spends most of his life chasing what he is given from birth, the right to material wealth. Yet the thought of lifting himself beyond a material life has long been forgotten. For this is the day of plenty. --- Duke Edwards.
Phenomenal Woman: maya angelou
Pretty women wonder where my secret lies.
I'm not cute or built to suit a fashion model's size
But when I start to tell them,
They think I'm telling lies.
I say,
It's in the reach of my arms
The span of my hips,
The stride of my step,
The curl of my lips.
I'm a woman
Phenomenally.
Phenomenal woman,
That's me.
I walk into a room
Just as cool as you please,
And to a man,
The fellows stand or
Fall down on their knees.
Then they swarm around me,
A hive of honey bees.
I say,
It's the fire in my eyes,
And the flash of my teeth,
The swing in my waist,
And the joy in my feet.
I'm a woman
Phenomenally.
Phenomenal woman,
That's me.
Men themselves have wondered
What they see in me.
They try so much
But they can't touch
My inner mystery.
When I try to show them
They say they still can't see.
I say,
It's the arch of my back,
The sun of my smile,
The ride of my breasts,
The grace of my style.
I'm a woman
Phenomenally.
Phenomenal woman,
That's me.
Now you understand
Just why my head's not bowed.
I don't shout or jump about
Or have to talk real loud.
When you see me passing
It ought to make you proud.
I say,
It's in the click of my heels,
The bend of my hair,
the palm of my hand,
The need of my care.
'Cause I'm a woman
Phenomenally.
Phenomenal woman,
That's me.
Still I Rise:maya angelou
You may write me down in history
With your bitter, twisted lies,
You may trod me in the very dirt
But still, like dust, I'll rise.
Does my sassiness upset you?
Why are you beset with gloom?
'Cause I walk like I've got oil wells
Pumping in my living room.
Just like moons and like suns,
With the certainty of tides,
Just like hopes springing high,
Still I'll rise.
Did you want to see me broken?
Bowed head and lowered eyes?
Shoulders falling down like teardrops.
Weakened by my soulful cries.
Does my haughtiness offend you?
Don't you take it awful hard
'Cause I laugh like I've got gold mines
Diggin' in my own back yard.
You may shoot me with your words,
You may cut me with your eyes,
You may kill me with your hatefulness,
But still, like air, I'll rise.
Does my sexiness upset you?
Does it come as a surprise
That I dance like I've got diamonds
At the meeting of my thighs?
Out of the huts of history's shame
I rise
Up from a past that's rooted in pain
I rise
I'm a black ocean, leaping and wide,
Welling and swelling I bear in the tide.
Leaving behind nights of terror and fear
I rise
Into a daybreak that's wondrously clear
I rise
Bringing the gifts that my ancestors gave,
I am the dream and the hope of the slave.
I rise
I rise
I rise.
