Accommodations: Stand alone Villa - 3 Bedrooms + 2 Baths - (Sleeps 6)
The ground floor is where the storage area is located. Inside of which you will find the bikes, pumps for air, in-line skates, fishing poles, lures, Beach Pack and pull cart, and some Beach chairs.
Absolutely no smoking is permitted inside or on the enclosed porch. Please use the open back deck or the lower deck if you want to smoke. A table and chairs are there for you to sit and relax, as well.

Under the shade of beautiful palm trees and live oaks covered with spanish moss, this stand alone villa on the Cul-de-sac is located on the second hole of the Ocean Winds golf course and within walking distance of Pelican Beach. With trees and a small stream, it is a remarkably relaxing atmosphere. Family friendly and designer decorated, “A Wee Bit Of Paradise” will have you wondering why you waited so long to be here. Beautifully and tastefully decorated, you will immediately want to relax with a cool refreshing drink in the hammock on the large enclosed porch. This immaculately maintained villa is the perfect beach cottage.
The master bedroom features a queen bed with access to the enclosed screened in porch, and a 20" LCD TV with a DVD/VCR player. The 2nd bedroom (the red room) features a double bed with a 20" TV and a DVD/VCR player, and the 3rd bedroom (the Blue Room) has a queen bed and a 20" LCD TV with a DVD/VCR player, with access to the open back porch.
“A Wee Bit Of Paradise” is clean, comfortable and relaxing, and wonderfully decorated by Maryann. Beach décor, bright colors, and ceiling fans make this one of Seabrook's most appealing rentals. If you want a wonderful, relaxing, and remarkable vacation, A Wee Bit Of Paradise has everything you want in a beautiful beach villa. We are located just 1/2 mile from Pelican Beach. The bicycles are there for your use, and it is wonderfully relaxing to ride around the area in the morning, or any time you want. There are now fishing poles, hooks, sinkers, and saltwater lures for you to use. On the open lower level there is an enclosed shower and changing area as well as a recreational area with a hammock, a three person swing seat, a multiple use game table, a magnetic dart board, and a table and chairs for your relaxation and enjoyment.
"A Wee Bit Of Paradise" has everything you're looking for in your "Home away from home" vacation rental. Enjoy a fully equipped eat in kitchen, stacked washer and dryer, gas grill, large screened porch with rattan table and chairs, and a rattan couch. There are games, a DVD/VCR library, books on tape with a headset/earphones, and a playstation with several games for your enjoyment. On the open lower level there is an enclosed shower and changing area as well as a recreational area with a hammock, a three person swing,a multiple use game table, a magnetic dart board, and a table and chairs for your relaxation and enjoyment.
Seabrook Island is a private, gated, semi-tropical island with beautiful, uncrowded beaches, marshes and lush wooded areas. Enjoy golfing, tennis, swimming, ,nature trails, shelling, fishing, biking, crabbing, horseback riding, dolphin watching or relaxing on the beach or at one of the pools.
The North Beach and Seabrook Island Club Beach are great spots to spend your days when you are not engaged in the many activities available. The Seabrook Island Club offers 3 pools including a heated pool for cooler weather, beautiful oceanfront deck with cabañas, lounge chairs and uncrowded beach. The oceanfront Pelican Nest offers casual dining for beachgoers. The North Beaches provide a serene and quiet spot to spend your days on Seabrook Island beaches. In the evening, walk the half mile to the Pelican Watch beach to enjoy spectacular sunsets while watching the shrimp boats return where the Edisto River and the ocean meet. This tropical paradise is often described as "heaven on earth"

Seabrook is now in the process of building a whole new complex that will include indoor swimming pools, exercise and entertainment areas, and more.
Amenity Cards are required for access to the pools and restaurants. They are also required, and there is a charge for Golf, Tennis, Horseback Riding, the Fitness Center, and various other activities.
Other Amenities: We now have TV's with DVD/VCR players in every room except the kitchen. Also a TV with DVD/VCR on the enclosed Porch. We keep the DVD's and the Playstation 1 with games in the living room coffee table drawers. There are some table games, and some books on tape with a portable tape player for those of you who like to listen to a good book, instead of read it. Master and Green Bedrooms with Queen Beds, Red Bedroom with double bed. All Linens provided. Screen Porch has a beautiful dining set, and a new rattan couch and chairs for your comfort and enjoyment. As soon as I am able to make another trip down there, there will be 20" Flat Panel TV's in the other bedroom.
Now for the nitty Gritty:
There is a Reservation/security deposit of $290.00, due with the signed contract. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent. It is refundable except for a static cleaning fee of $90.00 for the cleaning and maintenance service after you have left. The $200 will be refunded within (14) days of departure, provided the inspector determines that no loss, damage, or breakage has occurred.
There is an extra $10.00 per guest per stay fee for all guests that number over 8.
Seabrook Island is now charging a $25.00 per night fee, or $150.00 per week for renters who want an Amenity Card. The rental fee will now reflect this $150.00 amenity card fee which will give you access to golf, tennis, pool, equestrian, or dining. If you are simply looking for a beach vacation, you can choose to bypass this fee and not pick up amenity cards, and the rental fee will be reduced accordingly by $150.00. You must make a decision before signing the rental contract.
Seabrook Island is also now a "Credit Card" only island, and accept no cash for any purchases. To establish your credit card as available for use, you must stop in the Amenity Center, which is located in the building to the right, just before the entrance gate.
Weekly Rentals are normally Saturday to Saturday, or Sunday to Sunday.
Charleston County, South Carolina now has a 11.00% Tax beginning in January of 2008 that must be applied to all rentals.

We really want to rent it weekly during Peak season, May through September, but again we will try to maintain some flexibility. We will not be flexible on any rents.
