This is the official web page for the "Big & Hard Jeep Club". The members all hail from God's Country, Morgan County Georgia. We are into EXTREME Jeeping, and call some of these times our best!
We are a group Jeep owners, who enjoy gathering together and playing who is the last one stuck. Rob Bennett after much thought derived at the name "Big & Hard Jeep Club" being the best reflection of.... jeep riding? We ride mostley on private land,
The general content of this site will consist of Jeeps and the jeople that drive them. Pictures in the gallery are of restore projects, members Jeeps, and soon to follow; Pictures of the Trail riding us, and some pictures where we actually ride the Trail.
Members include;
Ratchet Rob - the mastermind - all BALLS, King of the club! He has
without a dought the nasty-est shop of them all, and I
saw him rebuild the top-end of his motor in there
and walk out clean enough to go to church! I don't
know how he does it. He
swears that he can climb a tree in his Jeep! And given
enough Bud Light and time he probably will!
Rob's Jeep is pushed by a stock 304/3 speed. Spring
overs, geared down to 4:55 and welded the spider
gears together, front & back, topped off with some
35in.Boggers. Rob says you just can't get no
better setup than were he's at for what he's doing.
Whitlock - wild Ass, Tech. Guru - "I mean this boy can get
out of the truck, unlock the shop, go in and have the
transmission out of a JEEP, before you and another can
get the new one, out the back!" He's been there
done fixed that more than once most times, or sure
to have a good idea! He running a 383 Stroker/Automatic
Combo that is top notch. He's got the power and a set of
35in. Boggers.
"The Shocker" - He and the grasshopper are a picture of "Easy
Rider". He's the only man in the group running a
6 cyl at the moment. He don't tear up his jeep
as much as the rest though. Ride on "Easy Rider"
Potts Head - NO, not cause he.... thats his name. He's Laidback,
but his Jeep sits up all the time! It ain't runnin
worth a shit Brit! Come back, fix this thing and
take in out to play!!!!
Russ Bennett - aka "Russ Boy" -His Jeep got the
treatment! Strong motor and solid transmission. Body was
patched at best, but after a tub mod. it's tight!
Followed with new rear driveshaft, spring overs,
new front 3rd member, brakes a dance and takin out a wood burning stove, Russ boy's jeep would leave the shop.
Fonzy - He had a damn good Jeep but took it apart and can't seem
to get it back together again? I Bet if I were to
put an arrowhead in that Jeep He'd spend more time with it.
WHAT?..Hunting for arrowheads in a pile of crush-n-run?
Little E - He bought, fixed, and sold his Jeeps before we
could get them in the mud.
Little Whit- He's like me- slow thang a comin- But "WE" will be
there one day.
Player, Me - I'm not riding cause I had this notion to take my Jeep
totaly apart before the "Seller" tried to change his
mind and reposess the Jeep.
Instead Blackys Back!!!!!
It's been a long time but we sitting on jump street!
Also I think it's safe to say " I'm the inside-outsider
of the bunch! Ha! or better called the "BLACK SHEEP" of
the group. BAAAAAA!
#1 Player Jordan, my son is the latest member added to this
site. Although, not old enought to drive a
vehicle, He's ready!!!!!, and also very supportive of
any outdoor activities. Check him out in the Gallery.
We also have some straglers join in from time to time, but no-one
that hang,- for long! Sa-Ba-Da you tender ass, sissy's.

08/2006 Well, I guess like any group, age and fame has taken it's tole on "The Big & Hard Jeep Club". Somewhat shaken for the time but I'm feel when the chips fly, well all be one!
