PLEASE HELP MY FAMILY
PLEASE HELP ME AND MY FAMILY:
Hello,
My name is Barbara, I am asking for help because the past year and a half has been very hard for my family. I have never had to do this before, but I don’t know what else to do. I am in desperate need of help, so please bear with me. I need money to help catch up my mortgage and a lot of bills that I am behind on. I am about to lose my home .
Let me tell you why I am behind and what has happened in the past 1 1/2 years to my family. It all started in July 2001. My husband had a massive stroke that has left him paralyzed on his complete left side. He is doing better than he was, but he may never get back to where he can move his left side again. Then in November 2001 we lost our 17 year old daughter.Her name was Betty Rose. She had severe seizers and Cerebral Palsy. She started having severe seizers that we could not get to stop. She went into a coma that lasted over a month, we had to put her on life support and finally make the decision to take her off of it . She died a couple of hours later. Because of the seizers she was in the hospital for several months, that I stayed with her because I loved her and couldn’t leave her. She was a beautiful little girl, she had long red hair and blue eyes.
She was very sweet and loving, she liked every one she met. She was very kind and helpful, and when she died it tore our world apart.
Then, I have had four back surgeries to be able to continue walking the last one was in April 2002. I had to have a Fusion done on my back. Which laid me up for awhile . I am doing better but I still can’t work.
So part of my family moved in with us to help me until I could get back on my feet.But they moved out and I was just deeper in debt. I have a 16 year old daughter. and a 22 year old son that is disabled that live with me. They are very loving and helpful and help me take care of their father. They never complain. Even though I don’t have any money to buy them what they want or even buy them new clothes that they want. Because it takes all the disability checks we get to pay the bills and try to catch them up. I think my children are wonderful.
I am in need of donations to help me catch up the bills. I cannot pay it back at the moment. If any one can find it in their heart to help us, we would greatly appreciate it very much and thank the lord. Any thing would help no matter how big or small.
