Plastic Injection Machine total 23 units, each complete with hopper dryer, autoloader, robotic arm, conveyor belt and on-line crusher.
The machine tonne capacity range is as follows;
50 - 100 ton (Japanese and German make) 14 units
120 - 150 ton (Japanese make) 4 units
180 - 250 ton (Japanese make) 5 units
QA EQUIPMENTS
===============
QA inspection and measuring equipments includes Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Profile Projector, Toolmaker Microscope, Digital Micrometer, Digital Caliper, Height Gauge, Up-down Gauge and various ranges of Pin-gauge.
