For Adults (14yrs and over) of any size or shape. Beginners class suitable for those who have been dancing for less than 1 year (including complete beginners)
Improvers class suitable for those who have been dancing for about 1 year or more

The classes are 'drop-in', so you can join at any time (but please bear in mind that not all movements will be re-taught at each class).

Come and have fun, meet new friends, learn a new skill and keep fit at the same time.
Wear: Comfortable clothing - leggings/track bottoms/long loose fitting skirt and leotard/crop top/t-shirt/sports top.
Bring a scarf or shawl to tie around your hips if you have one.
Dancing is normally in bare feet, but wear non-slip dance slippers if you prefer.
