Former GM’s Reference: “. . . I had the opportunity to work closely with Becky on several difficult and sometimes delicate HR matters. She handled all with a great deal of skill, confidentiality, and professionalism. Becky was an active member of my site staff and willingly participated in developing policy and strategy even when it went beyond the HR realm. At the same time she was capable to perform with expertise all functions of the site HR and based on short staffing levels was required to do this on many occasions. Becky is strong minded yet willing to listen to others and based on confidence in her capabilities will modify her position when presented convincing input. She possesses a healthy global perspective of operations and should be seriously considered as a candidate for a senior staff HR manager or director position.
