This puppy is being sold for a pet/companion with AKC/ACA puppy registration. We are committed to your complete satisfaction. While we take great measures to ensure the soundness of our dogs, any puppy may develop health problems. Accordingly, we offer the following guarantee:
Health.
>This purebred puppy has received its necessary puppy shots and has been treated for worms, current to age.
>The buyer is also advised not to take the puppy into public places or allow it to socialize with dogs that may be unvaccinated until its immunizations are in order.
>The buyer is encouraged to have the puppy examined by their own veterinarian within three (3) business days of receipt, and placed on a well puppy program including but not limited to having more immunizations, current to age. (Refer to puppys health record)
>The seller guarantees that if within ten (10) days after possession of the puppy, a veterinarian states in writing that a health problem EXISTED AT THE TIME OF RECEIPT AND UNFIT FOR PURCHASE, the buyer may:
^Return the animal and all paperwork for a full refund of the purchase price of the puppy (no refunds are given on shipping costs) as soon as possible, insuring that the puppy is healthy other than the veterinarian statement.
^Keep the animal and receive not more than 50% of the purchase price of the puppy for the animals care, with the new owner supplying the breeder with receipts of payment to a veterinarian. This option does not include worms, coccidian, kennel cough and parasites because stress of a new home can trigger medical problems that previously lay dormant and parasites can be picked up virtually anywhere.
>Hernias (naval or inguinal) will be repaired before leaving seller, when found. Hernia repairs do not warrant return of money as it is not life threatening and in no way interferes with the quality of life of the puppy.
Hereditary.
>This puppy is guaranteed for a period of one (1) year from the date of birth against any congenital defects that would severely impair the dogs quality of life. If a veterinarian confirms a congenital problem, there must be a second opinion asked for from a different veterinary office. (Expense to be paid for by the buyer) When all veterinary checks are performed and veterinary reports are sent the seller will then take the information to the sellers veterinary for interpretation.
>When all parties are in agreement the buyer may return the puppy and all registration papers signed over and returned to the seller, at the buyers expense, and request a replacement puppy**(All travel arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer).
>If it is necessary for the puppy to be euthanized, the buyer must send documentation of said action from a licensed veterinarian and registration papers to the seller and may receive either a replacement puppy (travel expenses to be paid by buyer) or a full refund of the purchase price of the puppy.
>If the buyer decides to keep the puppy you may, at the buyers request, receive a refund of 50% of the purchase price of the puppy regarding that all registration papers are signed over and returned to the seller along with documentation from a licensed veterinary that the animal has been neutered/spayed.
>This guarantee becomes null and void if the proper documented vaccinations and care was not given.
>The breeder does not guarantee against accident, any environmental temperament problems, environmental referring to abuse, neglect and training nor do we guarantee the compatibility with your current pets.
** Puppies are replaced upon availability.
AKC puppy registration papers.
>The seller agrees to ship/deliver the AKC puppy registration papers with the puppy unless AKC has delayed papers and the buyer is notified previous to delivery that they will be sent as soon as seller receives them.
