Owner and staff are NOT responsible for loss or accidents. Waiver must be signed before competing 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult AND must be given signed permission to compete Classes can be changed, added or deleted at any point by arena Must be entered before a class begins NO RERUNS NO REFUNDS NO TABS Jeans and boots required Arena owner and staff reserve the right to evict ANYONE for any obvious reason All dogs must be kept on a leash No tying horses to arena or fences No sitting or climbing on arena, fences or gates All horses must be kept in field and away from spectators Gate will be left opened but DO NOT run through it (there is enough room in arena, and the gate is not centered) Same horse/rider can only compete in each event one time
