Baybreeze Cottages (formerly known as Fore & Aft) are set down along the bay, in the heart of Wellfleet, Cape Cod. Each cottage is independently owned, but we work together to provide you a fun and relaxing vacation. Wellfleet is known for their delicious oysters and their beautiful art galleries. This village has always kept it's tradition of keeping the area historic, quaint, and cultural. You will not find any fastfood restaurants, boardwalks, or video arcades. Instead, you can hike, golf, bike along the famous Cape Cod Rail Trail, kayak, whalewhatch, birdwatch, sail, fish, weekly Wellfleet squaredancing and more...... Your example of fast food is a cup of Wellfleet Clam Chowder!! So, plan your next vacation in Wellfleet and get a taste of "Real Cape Cod"!!! Our cottages are located along Mayo Beach and are situated overlooking Wellfleet Bay. You are within walking distance to many of Wellfleet's attractions, including: village, town wharf, galleries, tennis courts, summer playhouse theatre, and more! Just drive a few minutes and you will be at the ocean, ponds, bike trails, hiking trails, golf, winery, kayaking, shellfishing and more! Provincetown is apx. 20 minutes away for shopping, whalewatching, dunebuggy rides... Orleans & Chatham are both lovely towns and also only apx. 20 minutes away!

Wellfleet is not only beautiful during the Summer. Try coming during the Spring and Fall seasons. Each season has its own unique beauty. The weather is usually gorgeous and there are less people! Many local festivals are held during these months all over the Cape.

Baybreeze Cottages consist of 2 cottages, each with 2 bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 5 people. Both cottages have a lovely view of the bay. Just walk out of your door and you are only a few steps from the beach! Cottage A is roadside and Cottage B is diagonally set back off the road.

Each cottage has a queensize bed in one bedroom and 2 twin beds in the other (and a pullout trundle for an additional child). There are ceiling fans, pillows, and blankets in each bedroom.

The kitchen is equipped with all of the basics: refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes & utensils, pots & pans... The bathrooms have a stall shower (with a Waterpik showerhead that extends low for the little ones!) We just installed laundry facilities in each cottage!

We want you to feel at home in the livingroom with satellite tv, vcr, dvd player, & stereo. We have installed wireless internet service! We have air conditioners in the living rooms. Outside furniture, Weber gas grills, and outdoor showers are also included. The outdoor showers have hot water, so it's like having another bathroom. Both cottages have heat for those chilly nights during the spring and fall!

9/18-10/18/10 $750/week
LABOR DAY SPECIAL: normally $1,550 for the week of 8/28. Get 2 extra days for the same price. That means you can stay all week through Labor Day Weekend for the price of one week (that's 9 days) August 28th - September 6th!!!
*We do not rent nightly during the summer season.
*weekly rentals are from saturday to saturday
*check-in 2:00pm, check-out 10:00am (promptly)
*$100 security deposit for weekly rentals
*you must supply your own linens & have the cottage clean
when you check out.
*please do not smoke in cottages
*sorry, we have a no pet policy
*we accept personal checks, money orders & Paypal
*to secure a booking, we ask for a 50% deposit and the balance
to be paid 30 days prior to your arrival date
*if you need to cancel, we will make every attempt to rebook
for you. If we can rebook, you will get a full refund. If we
cannot rebook your cancellation date, there is no refund.
