All of the furniture and decor are elegant and nicely upscaled.The bedding,couches and the window treatments are all custom made and with beautiful fabrics in designer patterns and designs.

-We rent monthly & weekly
-If less than a week, the rate is the weekly rate
-Special events and some holidays are higher
-Rates are exclusive of 12.5%Fla. state and tourism tax
-One time $65.00 cleaning fee
-A $250.00 refundable deposit is required to hold the property
-Must be at least 25 to secure this rental
-Call or E-mail for current rates for 2005 & 2006
-I respond very quickly to all inquiries,sometimes in minutes
-We have additional photos of this unit upon request
-Rates subject to change until confirmed
-Check-In Time is 3PM
-Check-Out Time is 10AM
-Cancellation-The deposit is refundable provided cancellation is
made 30 days before reservation arrival date.
-Excessive cleaning or laundry will be deducted from the deposit.
-We offer affordable weekend rentals during the Fall season
[Sept-Dec] except during special events and holidays
