BANIS
We are Curently undergoing constuction on many projects but at this time we would just like to say greetings.
We are a new Micronation and still very poor but with a little time we will get some production running for export.
As of right now we are still building our houses and needed buildings for store and farm.
Just a little history...
Most of us were poor and living on the street in the USA with nowhere to go but to the local food banks and shelters. Our government did little to help us and sleeping in the cold with ants making trails across us is not much of a life. Day old pizza along with small meals from the hand out place once or twice a day dose little for energy.
We decided to go to a place that is out of the way and build our own new life. We call this place Banis. It is an island 50 miles from anywhere and is approx. 12 square miles. It is very nice here and in time we will make it a good place to live for anyone. We are all Christians and speak English. The weather is a cold climate but we at least will have our own homes to sleep in. Everyone works for everyone so nobody is in need and nobody has more than anyone else. We have different jobs available like wood cutters, house builders, farmers, fishers, food processers and just a few of the basics right now. So as you can see everyone has food, shelter.
We dont work too much but we do work enough so that the jobs get done. We will accept imagration but now for a couple of years. First we must build enough for our own existence.
As of yet there is no need for a govenmental system but we do have laws. We live the Christian ways and that is good enough.
Our leaders are The Founder, The Prime Minister and the President. All three have a vote and discuss every aspect of the running of the country. All are good men and this is why.
The Founder brought us to this place and helped us make a new life.
The Prime Minister is our Leading Christian Preacher, thus at least goodness is in his heart.
The President is elected amoung the citizens by the citizens and as not like many nations we elect a good person not a lawbending thief.
