He was the oldest son of Joseph David CONDON and Surilda RICHARDSON CONDON.

His wife was Carrie CRIM b May 8 1870. She was the daughter of John CRIM and Salina KAIL CRIM. She d April 25, 1934 in Garrison, ND

Clarence Condon homesteaded south of Saniah ND. He ran a cattle ranch.
