1. How can an employee and the company avoid putting themselves
in the way of workplace violence ?
a. Companies need to establish an a workplace violence policy
guidelines that employees view, sign and keep, and is
updated simililar to sexual harassment policy guidelines,
b. Better screening process of employees and background
check, and poignant questions that may indicate potential
behavior.
c. "Change Reorientation Transformation Program", that the
may invest for updating an employees skill(Funded), or
partially funded skill for employees who want to train
in another profession; just in case of sudden Job
Termination and/or Facility Closing.
d. Employees, Management and Owners must have a covenant of
compliance, truth and respect that will take hostility
out of the workplace. Success,competition,and achievement,
are alright, but they must be tempered with a covenant
relationship.
e. Employee Seminars should be centered around an employee
being a happy employee, a visionary employee and an
informed employee.
f. If An employee is to be terminated, be sure a termination
policy, guidelines and procedures are in place, and that
employees, management and owners are on the same page.

employees are being judegemental ?

a promotion ?
