ATINA INDEPENDENT FULL GOSPEL CHURCH

The "Atina Independent Full Gospel Church", was born out of the ministry of Evangelist Abel Aureli and his family, in July 1992.

Abel and his family were active members of the Christian Pentecostal Church of Newton, Massachusetts, when God called them to go back to their native country and preach the Gospel to the whole province.

Abel earned a Diploma in Ministerial Studies (required for Ordination), plus a Certification in Missionary Principles with the Berean School of the Bible (Assemblies of God), but because of Foreign Mission policies, Abel and his family, could not be sponsored by their Foreign Mission Department. In July 1985, Abel and his family decided to sell their house in Medford, Massachusetts, and go to the mission field by faith.

Abel and his family urgently need sponsoring churches and individuals, to move ahead and start new churches in different areas of the province. There are over 80 communities without an Evangelical Church in the province. Will you pray that the Lord will lead you into a decision to sponsor a church in one of these communities? The Town of Atina is located at some 40 Miles S.E. of Frosinone, and it is one of the 91communities in the province of Frosinone. It has less than 10,000 people, but it is located in a very strategic area. Atina is situated at the base of a mountain on the way from Sora towards Cassino. It looks above the "Comino Valley", and is surrounded by more that a dozen of other small towns who converge to Atina for it's shopping centers and other local facilities. This makes Atina the best area for a local church in the Comino Valley.
