This small book is designed to benefit the ordinary reader who does not know much about the ancient science of astrology. The calculative part of astrology is no given so that the reader might easily follow the classical rules.

A chapter on astrological combinations for success and failure in competitive examinations will be of great interest to students and other aspirants. Factors in deciding children’s education will surely interest all parents. A separate chapter on astrological indications for I.A.S. and judicial positions in life will be of great interest. A separate chapter on astrological combinations for gains through speculation, lottery and sources of wealth for all lagnas will attract lovers of wealth.
A chapter on indications for foreign travel in a horoscope, it is hoped, will be eagerly read through. Combinations for successful business and failure are given in a different chapter. Another very interesting chapter of this book is on love marriages, the combination of planets for success and failure in amorous advances. There are a few salient points on female horoscopes.
