My pride is normally too great to do this as I'm an independent
and determined person. All was going sweetly until early last
year, when a stroke put a "Give Way" sign into my life and put
a halt onto the career I loved. I still hear the Neurologists'
comment in my ears about how long it might be to be back among
"the living". Somehow I refused to believe what I was told but
time now is just running along even faster it seems. Daily I'm
going through job ads etc. without much success - almost like I
have it tattood on my forehead - battling against ignorance,
covert discrimination and political correctness gone mad... Now
the point has come where the bills are starting to overtake any
meagre income and stress levels rising. So I swallow my pride and
ask you for any kind amount you could afford this way with the
assurance that it will be greatly appreciated. About $3000 is
what is urgently required to meet current pending bills. Whether
$ 5 or more is up to you. Any amount you can afford.
