Vince Carter IS HE #1???
Which basketball player do you like best, Vince Carter or Kobe
Bryant? It's a hard choice because they're both great players.
Did you know that Vince Carter prays before games and is
very calm when he loses or wins. He knows what to say and is
thoughtful of others. VC has accomplished many things in the
past. When Vince Carter was in high school he was a drum major.
He also plays the saxophone. He averaged 15.6 points and 5.1
rebounds per game and led the ACC with a field goal percentage
of .590 when he was a junior in high school. Vince Carter earned
first team All-Atlantic and second team All-America honors in
1997-1998. VC was also a member of the 2000 U.S. mens Olympic
basketball team. He led the Toronto Raptors to their first NBA
playoffs in 1999-2000. He was rookie of the year in 1998-1999
and was voted a starter for the 2000 NBA all-star game with the
most votes in history (next to Michael Jordan of course in
1997). He helped North Carolina earn back-to-back final four
appearances in 1997,and 1998. Vince Carter is 6'7 in height and
weighs 215lbs. He was born in January 26, 1977. Today he is now
one of the most well-known basketball players in the U.S.A and
will remain that way throughout his lifetime because of his
amazing scores and his attitude.
