This apartment is in a small complex laid out like a Turkish village with cobbled tree lined pathways and a beautiful pool with sun loungers, picnic tables and even a hammock! There is also a small childrens paddling pool together with a poolside bar, restaurant, snack bar, 24 hour reception,table tennis table and dart board. The apartment, which sleeps 4, is air conditioned, TV, fridge, 2 ring hob and microwave. There is a double bedroom, lounge with 2 large sofas (soon to be sofabed), marble tiled bathroom with large double shower, dining table and chairs as well as a table and chairs on the sunny balcony which gets the afternoon sun. A daily maid service is supplied with towels and bed linen at a small extra cost and organised with the receptionist. Electricity is not included in the price and normally this is a small charge at the end of your stay.

This apartment is well located for the nearby restaurants, nightclubs, marina, bars and shops of Bodrum centre. Arte Residence is situated off the main road into Bodrum and Gumbet with easy access to other towns and beaches on the peninsula. Bodrum itself effortlessly combines ancient and modern offering beautiful beaches, watersports, a brand new marina, excellent shopping, traditional bazaars, dining and nightlife alongside its proud cultural and historical heritage. One of the most popular tourist centres, Bodrum offers you the pleasures of shopping in the lively city centre, relaxing on the beach and enjoying the colourful nightlife which carries on until the first light next morning!

TRANSPORT

A car is not necessary
This apartment is in beautiful peaceful surroundings yet only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Bodrum or 3 minutes by Dolmus to Bodrum centre. (This is the local very cheap bus service which runs every couple of minutes and you can get on and off wherever you want)
The Arte Residence is only 20 minutes away from Bodrum airport. Airport transfers can be arranged through the Arte or ourselves, the approximate cost of this is about £40-£50 return.
