Memories of Round-Up Ranch

Every year my parents packed up the family car and drove 4 hours to the most wonderful destination in the world. It wasn't Disney Land and it certainly wasn't Europe, it was a Dude Ranch that was located just outside of Downsville, a small town in Upstate New York.

It was a magical place, I carry memories of those wonderful vacations up until today.

Recently I tried finding information on the Ranch, I heard that it was sold and, very sadly, no longer exists. But I had wanted some information and thought my best chances would be to turn to the internet. Unfortunately, outside of a few items on E-Bay, I found very little.

This is the reason for the creation of this site which resulted as a suggestion by my mother. Her thought was that there might be others like ourselves that might remember that wonderful place and would also like to share their memories.
