ACT I

SATELLITE IMAGE OF THE AREA 51 MILITARY COMPLEX. SLOWLY ZOOM AND ENHANCE. INTELLIGENT MATURE MALE VOICEOVER READS THE FOLLOWING.

“Area 51, or by another name referred to as Dreamland; officially Groom Lake. Some believe this is a secret military facility which holds the remains of aliens and their space craft based on numerous credible eyewitness accounts. It is located 90 miles northwest of Las Vegas. The name Area 51 signifies a 6-by-10-mile mass of land. In the center lies a huge base the United States government refuses to discuss and keeps heavily guarded with clear posts warning the use of deadly force.”

SATELLITE IMAGE DISSAPEARS. END VOICE OVER.

Las Vegas, Nevada. On a sunny Sunday afternoon a covered armed forces vehicle low on gas and carrying an unknown cargo exits near the Las Vegas strip with two uniformed personnel, both carrying loaded weapons. Three dark vans and two motorbikes with single riders wearing dark masks stand idol at strategic locations just out of view of the military truck. As it travels toward a gas station, a searing sound pierces the air; a rocket missile has just launched from the back of one of the motorcycle assailants and is seconds away from impact. KABOOM! Struck like a bolt of lightning the truck flips over. The two military personnel are knocked out of the truck and lay unconscious. The dark vans followed by the motorcycles pull up at high speed and swerve to a screeching stop in a formation around the burning truck. Two robed assailants with faces hidden exit from two of the vans and approach the damaged vehicle. The four quickly unload the boxed crate. As one reaches out toward the handle, it is revealed to be the hand of an extraterrestrial. The other three also have long thin spiked alien fingers. They carry the cargo toward the back of one of the vans. Just then, consecutive lasers blast toward the robed strangers and slices off their hands. The crate falls to the ground along with four mutilated alien arms still holding the handles. An arrogant, brash, and brutal superiorly powered alien named ZEUS appears on the scene in human form with a McDonalds bag. He pulls out a Big Mac sandwich as a mini galactic battle ensues between Zeus and the less powerful aliens with futuristic laser guns, remote controlled light sabers, and protective force fields. The less powerful aliens distract Zeus by penetrating down into the earth and reappearing enough to get away with the shipment and their injured associates. They speed off as one lesser alien on a motorcycle stays to battle it out with Zeus. Zeus catches up to the lesser alien and kills him instantly. Zeus returns to the two military officers; one lays unconscious and the other is crawling away. Zeus pulls out an alien weapon and shoots both the guards dead, takes their identification badges and rides off on a motorcycle.

ACT II

RUSTY CARPENTER, a brilliant, know-it-all and cocky legendary homicide detective who retired from the New York Detectives Davidson and who absolutely loves the music of Little Anthony and the Imperials and has negotiated a home in a peaceful suburban resort community called Springville between Las Vegas and Area 51 via special deal where he acts as consultant only with the rising number of murders in the surrounding area, is called in on the case on a Sunday, his favorite golf day. He arrives on his classic Harley Davidson motorcycle blasting “Tears on my pillow” by Little Anthony and the Imperials through beefed up speakers with his golf bag attached to the back of his bike. The body of one of the dead military men rests directly on the state line between Las Vegas and Springville. After Rusty arrives, he drags the body toward the Las Vegas state line just to avoid the case, gets on his motorcycle and drives off to his golf game blasting “Tears on my Pillow”.

In the next few days Rusty, while at home singing to “Going out of my head” by Little Anthony and the Imperials while tending to his balcony Barbeque, gets a surprise visit from BILL O’RYAN, the lighthearted, assertive and benevolent local police captain and MARSHA DYMES, a pedantic by-the-rules authoritative FBI agent assigned to “oversee” the case. Reluctantly, Rusty is pressured to get more involved and interrogate two suspects who were part of the military truck heist. The two alleged members of the heist; JESSE (female) and BENNY (male) both dedicated, loyal and self-sacrificing with shaved heads appear in a drug induced state. Rusty separates them and decides to interrogate Jesse. Jesse passionately reveals an outlandish story about being a second generation alien or “Ag2” who were on a mission to steal an alien satellite from the military, hence the truck heist, in order to decode and reprogram it in order to stop a pending invasion by a more powerful breed of third generation aliens or “Ag3’s”. Jesse explains with deep concern that there is already one Ag3 or superior third generation alien who made it to earth and tried to stop the Ag2s from retrieving the satellite. Jesse tells that the Ag3 is trying to wipe out the Ag2s and release an original generation alien who is being held in Area 51 by the United States Military. Jesse continues to say that the reason for her revealing the story is that the Ag2s have been scheduled for extermination now that they have laid the groundwork for the invasion. And in order to stop the Ag3s from landing they now require the help of humans. Jesse displays metal telepathy to prove that she is an alien by reading Rusty’s mind and stating a full detail of his New York background; information very few people have access to. Jesse also demonstrates how she and the other Ag2s communicate through designer Swatch watches because of their reliability. Rusty, nor O’Ryan (the police captain) or Marsha (the FBI agent) believe Jesse’s story. Rusty concludes that the entire alien story is made up by a crazy powerful casino owner or someone in the military who are contesting for ownership of a piece of land called Springville that lies between Las Vegas and Area 51. O’Ryan agrees noting that casino owners and the military have been in a legal battle over Springville for several years.

Rusty is assigned a young attractive and intelligent female partner named DAISY who challenges Rusty’s vanity. The first thing they do is attempt to rule out the alien factor by doing a fly-by of Area 51 via a pilot named TC(TONY CARTER), a free-spirited, accommodating, gutsy entrepreneur who owns a Las Vegas helicopter tour business called Alien Adventures that detours through restricted air space over Area 51. While attempting to land the helicopter in the same location that TC has safely taken for over two years, he is shot at four times by a high powered rifle. Daisy is hit but they manage to fly her to a hospital in time to save her life.

Frustrated by his lack of progress and life threatening encounter, Rusty interrogates Jesse again. This time Rusty is more forceful and determined to make Jesse crack under pressure. Marsha, who is unimpressed by Rusty’s results, threatens to take over the case. This challenges Rusty’s vanity and makes him more determined to produce some facts and evidence. Jesse sticks by her alien story and adds more outlandish elements. Jesse claims that the original aliens established communications with President John F. Kennedy in the 1960’s, and when they unsuccessfully were able to convince him to surrender the planet to their control, they had him assassinated. Rusty uses a light humored approach and asks her to prove it. Jesse agrees to provide Rusty with evidence of her claim under the conditions that the recording is stopped, police cameras shut off, and she is taken to a place where she can talk to Rusty alone. Rusty agrees to the dislike of Marsha and O’Ryan.

While alone, Jesse gives Rusty a strange looking rock she claims is of alien origin. She instructs Rusty to hold onto the rock while he watches the infamous Zapruder film; the renowned piece of movie footage that captures the assassination of John F. Kennedy, and says he will be able to see the hidden alien gunmen in the act. Out of patience, Rusty tosses the rock away and begins to choke Jesse, demanding that she tell him the truth. Hidden police officers rush in and pull Rusty off of Jesse before he strangles her. Marsha forces Chief O’Ryan to pull Rusty off of the case. O’Ryan has no choice but to concede.

Rusty, disappointed and disgraced, goes to visit Daisy in the hospital who is still recovering from the rifle wound. While there, Rusty runs into TC who reveals he knows someone who once worked at Area 51 and claims to have proof of the existence of aliens. With nothing else to lose, Rusty goes with TC to visit this suspiciously reclusive, flamboyant and fiery person who only goes by the name of HUTCH. Hutch lives in the middle of the Las Vegas desert, underground, in a decommissioned nuclear missile silo.

When TC and Rusty arrive and enter the silo, Hutch first comes off like a raving lunatic. As Rusty heads for the exit door, he notices a strange rock; the exact same type of rock that Jesse offered him earlier with the story that it would reveal the alien assassin who shot John F. Kennedy. This discovery prompts Rusty to stay and find out more about Hutch and what he knows about aliens. Not yet convinced by Hutch’s stories, Rusty borrows the strange rock from Hutch and decides to rent a DVD (“JFK The Case for Conspiracy” by Robert J. Groden) from a Blockbuster video store that contains the Zapruder film.

Alone in the darkness of his home, Rusty puts in the DVD and plays the infamous Kennedy footage while holding onto the strange rock. What Rusty sees next is unbelievable; at the exact moment when Kennedy gets shot, a new greenish laminate figure appears on the hood of John F. Kennedy’s motorcade with a long rifle-like gun that extends right through the front windshield and fires a direct round which is the lethal shot that kills Kennedy. [This Special Effect is achieved using the same method applied in making Forest Gump appear in old footage of previous Presidents.]

Meanwhile, Zeus, the Ag3, breaks into the holding cell where Jesse and Benny are being tightly watched by special FBI security agents. Zeus kills the agents who are eating McDonald’s food during their lunch break, finds Benny and rips him to shreds, but does not locate Jesse. On his way out, Zeus picks up a McDonald’s Big Mac left behind by one of the FBI agents and takes a bite as he leaves. Jesse, who is being held in another section, senses the presence of Zeus and feels the pain of Benny’s death, and escapes before Zeus finds her.

The following day Rusty returns to O’Ryan and Marsha with the Zapruder film and the special rock. Rusty plays the same footage he viewed last night but the alien figure that shot Kennedy DOES NOT appear this time. Rusty is dismissed and is believed to have been drugged by Jesse, although Rusty sticks by his story. O’Ryan and Marsha fear Rusty is loosing his sanity and warn him to stay away from this case.

Rusty goes to TC and they return to Hutch for help in trying to locate Jesse. Hutch pulls out an alien satellite he secretly removed during his time working in Area 51. They assemble it, hook it up to a Toshiba laptop, and tweak it until it begins to work. They make contact with the Ag2s, locate and visit them, who they discover are trying to reprogram a complex string of networked satellites that line up in strategic positions two galaxies away to their mother planet in order to stop an even deadlier space cargo of third generation extraterrestrials (Ag3s) from being guided to earth.

Zeus breaks into Area 51 in an epic victorious one person galactic battle against the might of the U.S. military, but finds that the original alien has been relocated.

Meanwhile, Rusty learns that Jesse and the Ag2s have artificially created their own Ag3 named ZELL to combat Zeus. Rusty also discovers that the Ag2s have taken the original alien from Area 51 and are using it for bait to attract Zeus, the only other Ag3 on the planet. Time is running out as the space cargo of Ag3s nears earth’s galaxy. Rusty and TC become the only chance to lure Zeus into a trap while Hutch and the Ag2s work on disrupting the alien satellite link.

ACT III

Zeus arrives with heated determination to destroy the Ag2s and recover the original alien. The only thing that’s in his way is two humans; TC and Rusty. They allow Zeus to get into dangerously close proximity in order to surprise Zeus with the secret Ag3 that the Ag2s have artificially created. Zell, the good Ag3, appears, but it is too late for TC as Zeus gets him in his grasps and squeezes the life out of him. Zeus and Zell go into combat.

Meanwhile, Hutch and the other Ag2s work at a feverish pitch to disrupt the satellite connection before the cargo of Ag3s can locate the galaxy. Zeus and Zell fight in a battle royal like gods with weapons and fire power, lights, colors and deafening sounds unlike anything ever seen on the planet. They blow holes miles long through solid rock, cause earthquakes with every step; lasers bouncing off each other’s force field shielding with an ear-splitting sound that makes it almost impossible for the Ag2s to complete their task. Zeus and Zell both grow weak, slow, and war-weary as each begin to connect with impairing strikes. Zeus gets the upper hand over Zell and defeats her, but is too weak and drained on power to destroy her. With still enough strength to destroy a human, Zeus turns his attention to Rusty who stands defenseless guarding the entrance to Hutch and the Ag2s.

The spellbinding climatic conclusion is revealed only in the script.
