THE OFFER: The Producer is offering the Development Investor(s) 200% of their investment upon receipt of the film budget within a minimum of a six month time-table. The Development investor will receive DOUBLE their investment PLUS 2 (Two) Percentage Points of owenership from the Producer's share in the film.

The purpose of this “Seed Money” request is to establish the Project Management Team and resources necessary for developing the feature film. Under the leadership of the film’s Producer (Don Abernathy), this includes:
1. Establishing a production office.
2. Structuring and securing the complete financing.
3. Completing all necessary paperwork. (Film Budget, Business, Legal, Production & Marketing Plan)
4. Negotiating actors and production crew.
5. Planning Shooting Schedule.
Seed money provides the Producer and his development team an operational base to focus on daily activities, projects and action in achieving the goal of SECURING THE FINANCING in order to start producing the film.
Production Schedule:
After the investment budget is finalized, a detailed Investment Release Schedule which describes the incremental payments to the production company New Quest Films for the production of the film will be prepared and submitted to the investor(s) and / or Executive Producers for approval.
