Soon to be released to radio stations "Angelus" latest single "Jesus Is The Roadmap To Heaven" written by Jodi's sister Dorthy Wilburn of Hope, Arkansas, music by Jodi with arrangement by Sharen Alexander, Rose of Sharen Productions. A special thanks to Randall Wilds of Premiere Talent Agency for his professional advice and work on this project.

The ministry began in 1993 when Jodi began singing in different churches. The following year, Al joined her along with Phyllis, one of Jodi's sisters to form the group, "The Angelus Gospel Trio", now shortened to just "Angelus", pronounced An-ge-lus. Through the tragic death of Phyllis' son, she was unable to continue singing, so the group went through a transition trying a couple of different voices. Esther Deese joined Al and Jodi, adding her wonderful alto voice and sweet spirit to the group and the three realized that they had that harmony that's family like.
"We are God's servants, his vessels, and always give honor and praise to our wonderful Savior. We thank him so much for the songs he gives us to write and sing and the wonderful churches who welcome us in as family. We are always open to follow where the Lord leads us. It's not our ministry, but his, it's all about him. We feel so blessed by our Lord to be a small part of his gospel singing family and pray that our lives will be a reflection of his love. We Believe:
GOD is the only true and living God, eternally existing in 3 persons: The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit.
JESUS CHRIST is the foundation and cornerstone of the church. He came to restore man's broken relationship with The Father. His sacrifice on the cross made that possible. Because of his love demonstrated on the cross by dying for our sins, we now have reason to fellowship with one another and to proclaim salvation through his life, death and resurrection.

We believe that worship, Christian growth, love and Christian service should be exhibited by our words and actions.
Our goal is to yield our lives to The Holy Spirit, to exhibit Christ-like love in our lives by word and deed, and to minister in a way that is pleasing to our Lord and Savior.

Our grand daughter who was kidnapped 2 years ago and by the grace of God escaped, will be headed to college in the fall to study Psychology and Criminal Law. We are so blessed and grateful to God to still have her with us, but grieve deeply for the other families who lost their children to this misguided soul. Please pray for those families who suffered such a tragic loss ..
