National Health Care Discount will provide you with everything you need to do your job. They provide you materials, training, support and access code for your phone that pays for your long distance because you with be working with people all over the country. In order to activate you phone, NHCD, will pay half the cost, and you pay a refundable deposit for the other half, which is $69. You deposit is totally refundable after your 5th week of work as long as your are willing to make at least 500 presentations during your first 5 weeks with the company. It takes about 3 hours of work per week. The Company does require you to work at least 10-15 hours a week.
NHCD has several positions opened in the company. When you first start you will begin in the Lead Generation Department. The company will provide you with the list of contacts. All you have to do is, print it, call the people, tell them about the program and ask if they would like to be called back.
Week One: You will be paid $1.00 per qualified lead. The purpose of this is simply to introduce you to the business and make sure you have a clear understanding of the lead generation process. We ask you to try your best to go ahead and try to get 10 leads so you can go ahead and go into recruiting, that way you can make even more money.
Week Two: You will be paid $1.00 per lead upto 15 leads and then you will get $45.00 base pay. Then we will give you a $1.00 per lead upto 20 leads then you will get $80.00 base pay. We also have daily and weekly contest to win extra money. During your second week if you have met the qualifications you will also be contacted by your manager for promotions to Recruiting.
